We have state of the art laser cutters that produce precise intricate designs reliably and efficiently. Operating automatically delivering lights out performance, we cut mild steel to 25mm thickness, stainless steel to 20mm and aluminium to 15mm.
CNC Punching
Our state of the art CNC punching machine is one of only two in the country. Operating lights out we are also able to pass the sheet through multiple times to produce sophisticated components maximising materials and reducing waste.
Metal Forming
Our CNC metal forming is achieved using sophisticated press brakes combining high productivity with accuracy and precision that you can rely upon. They are equipped with instant reactive parallel beam deflection and instant angle correction systems.
Fabrication and finishing
Our highly skilled engineers provide a range of professional services from MIG welding to grinding, deburring and powder coating. We also offer specialist finishing including electroplating, anodising and galvanising.
